Join our Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We welcome enquiries from patients who would like to join our patient group.

The next PPG meeting will take place on Tuesday 14 May 2024 at 12:00 pm and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams as well as in the practice.

If you would like to join our PPG and attend the meeting, please complete the PPG sign up form available from reception, print and complete the Patient Group Sign-up Form and return it to Flixton Road Medical Centre or complete the online form below . We will be in touch on receipt of your form.
