Manchester FA, in partnership with The Well HQ and Age UK Trafford, are delivering a 16-week female only Walking Football programme funded by Nike. As part of the programme, Manchester FA is hosting an exciting Launch Event on Monday 24th July, 6-8.30pm at Flixton Girls School. The launch event is being delivered by The Well HQ who will present on the Menopause, Pelvic Floor, and Bra Fit Education.
Women taking part will have an individual bra-fit and receive a Nike Sports Bra to support their engagement with the programme.
