Trafford residents can access free SIM cards which include free data, texts and calls for 6 months – residents would need to source their own handset and can access the scheme through one of our Trafford Libraries.
The scheme is designed to help residents who are on a low income; this can include residents who are in receipt of benefits and those who are employed on a low income and struggling financially.
