Self Help Services is a mental health charity working in partnership with Trafford Psychological Therapies service offering initial IAPT appointments for patients wishing to access primary care mental health support in Trafford.
There is currently NO WAITING TIME for an initial IAPT telephone appointment via our eTherapy service.
They also offer eTherapy CBT programmes for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, stress, worry and sleep issues. This includes a new module which has been specifically designed to support patients as they navigate the COVID-19 crisis called “Challenging Times”
Patients can self-refer directly by calling the admin team on 0161 226 3871, by emailing: etherapy.admin@selfhelpservices.org.uk or going to the Self Help Services website https://www.selfhelpservices.org.uk to complete an online self-referral form.
