Important Notice – New Prescription Email Address

From today, Friday 7 November 2025, we have introduced a new dedicated email address for all prescription requests and related queries:

Please use this email address for:

• Ordering repeat prescriptions
• Prescription-related questions
• Medication queries

✅ When submitting your request, please ensure you include:

• Your full name
• Date of birth
• The name(s) of the medication(s) you are requesting

⚠️ Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for your prescription to be processed before collection or submission to your nominated pharmacy.
