Allotment Volunteer
We are looking for volunteers to support the allotment group. They need to be free on Mondays, and potentially can volunteer to come other days through the summer months to water the plants.
Person Specification: You will need to be: Empathetic, a good listener, organised, sociable.
Dementia Group Volunteer
We are looking for someone to help with our Dementia Carers Group. This would include welcoming and engaging with carers attending the group,
you may need to lead the group session if a Trafford Carers Centre employee is not present, following agreed guidelines. Feedback any concerns, issues, or observations to the Volunteer Coordinator or designated staff member.
Person Specification: You will need to be: Empathetic, a good listener, organised, sociable and someone who has experience with people with dementia.
Bag packers
In preparation for Carers Rights Day, we are looking for one of two bag packers for a couple of hours, during a working day to collate information leaflets.
Table Decorator
We would like someone to help decorate our TCC table for Carers Rights Day. We’d like the information to be full of information on what we can offer in a organised, fun way.
Volunteer Social Media Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who can help share our story, engage our community and promote our events. Grow our online presence on Facebook, Instagram and grow our E-Newsletter audience. You will get training in Canva.
