Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test is used in General Practices as a quick and anonymous way for patients to give opinions on the care and treatment they receive.

If you would like to have your say on how likely you are to recommend Flixton Road Medical Centre, or areas which can be improved, the short surveys are available at reception as are boxes for completed questionnaires.

You may also respond to texts forwarded after your appointment at Flixton Road Medical Centre asking for your opinion on the service.
