Opening Hours

The surgery is open:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm.

Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm.

Our GP surgery is fully equipped to ensure easy access for patients with disabilities. All our consultation rooms are wheelchair accessible, providing a comfortable and convenient experience for all visitors.
For those arriving by car, a designated disabled parking bay is located right next to the surgery entrance for ease of access. The entrance is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a ramp and wide automatic doors to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids.
If you require any additional assistance during your visit, our friendly team is always on hand to help. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific accessibility needs, and we will do our best to support you.
Please note that all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to and from the surgery are recorded for training, monitoring, and quality assurance purposes. These recordings are stored securely and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours and Emergencies

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

Additional evening and weekend appointments are available for our patients to see a GP, Nurse or Phlebotomist between 18:30 and 20:00 Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17.00 Saturday and Sunday.

Alternatively, patients may attend the Walk-In Centre at Trafford General Hospital which is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Please contact 111 to book an appointment for the walk-in centre.
